Sailing and Wilderness Experiences on Alaska’s Lake Clark
If you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting Lake Clark National Park, you can make Odyssey your home on the water. Our overnight sailing trips usually begin in Port Alsworth. You’ll sleep aboard, share meals and explore different parts of the lake with our crew.
A few days here gives you time to settle in, get out exploring, and enjoy being here. Whether you’re joining us for a sail or staying for a week, we’ll help you find a trip that fits.
We welcome up to six guests aboard, with three queen guest cabins. Book a cabin and share the trip with other guests, or reserve the whole boat for your family or friends.
Our guest season runs from the last week of June through the last week of September. Get in touch with your preferred dates, and we’ll help you find a time that works.

Cabin prices cover two people sharing one queen bed. Other guests may be aboard. A private charter reserves the boat for your group, with our crew looking after you.
We begin accepting day-sail bookings in mid-April for the coming summer. Overnight trips can be reserved at any time.

Overnight stays include your cabin, captain and hospitality crew, meals, snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, and guided shore outings. Paddleboards, kayaks, and fishing gear are available aboard.
Flights to Port Alsworth and additional fly-out excursions are separate unless specifically included in your package. You’re welcome to bring your own alcohol.
Our usual starting point is Port Alsworth, reached by small plane from Anchorage. We’ll help you coordinate your arrival with the boat before you book flights.
Our eleven-night package includes round-trip Anchorage flights and additional excursions. For any custom trip, we’ll spell out exactly what is included in your quote.

We’ll get back to you personally to discuss availability and put together the details. Before you commit, you’ll have a clear price, a list of inclusions, and the payment and cancellation terms.
A 50% deposit reserves your dates, with the remaining balance due 60 days before sailing. Please keep in mind that neither payment is refundable, so we recommend travel insurance.
Odyssey keeps us comfortable through changing Alaska weather. Wind and conditions help determine where we sail, where we anchor, and which shore outings make sense each day.
Your itinerary can change along the way. Our captain chooses the route and activities with your comfort and safety in mind.
